Insurance

I am currently accepting new clients who wish to use Aetna insurance, or private pay/out of network benefits. For clients with out-of-network benefits I can provide a Superbill to help with reimbursement. Feel free to reach out with any questions.

Your insurance coverage and co-pay amount will be confirmed through Headway after your free phone consultation and prior to our first (intake) session. Please contact your insurance company to confirm copay amounts and coverage.

Good Faith Estimate Notice

Under federal law, health care providers are required to provide clients who are not using insurance (or who are choosing not to submit claims to insurance) with a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges for services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your mental health care will cost. This estimate is provided before you schedule services and includes the expected fees for therapy sessions and any other related services.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you may dispute the bill through the federal patient–provider dispute resolution process.

You may request a Good Faith Estimate at any time, including before scheduling services.
