  • Phone Consultation (20 Minutes)

    Choosing a therapist is a vulnerable step, and it’s okay to start slow. Our consultation is a low-pressure space for us to see if we’re a good fit. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, how my approach might support you, and how the logistics work. Please feel free to share only what feels right to you. I’m here to listen and answer any questions you have as we explore working together

  • Intake Session (50 Minutes)

    Getting to know you will be an ongoing process, and it starts here with our first session. The intake session is structured differently than other sessions. In an informal interview format, I will ask questions about your present concerns, history, and what brought you to therapy. I will also explore your values and what is important to you. Through these conversations, we will also begin the collaborative process of establishing your initial goals for therapy.

  • Therapy Sessions (50 Minutes)

    Our sessions will provide continuity and structure for your unfolding story. Therapy with me is an active process requiring effort from both of us. We will come up with tasks for you to work on in between sessions, in order to bring what we discuss into your daily life. We will clarify your values and your hopes, and collaboratively set goals in line with these. You will learn and practice skills in order to consistently show up for yourself and work through what gets in your way.
